Intepreter, translator and editor in Guerrilla Media Collective, sharp-eyed Silvia can spot typos, double spaces in texts and budget gaffes in a wink.

In the DisCO Mothership, my work is focused on the DIWO and Sustainability circles. Together with both DisCO and GMC teams, I am prototyping the application of DisCO accounting and interfacing between our model and our legal obligations. As a part of the DIWO crew, I am enthusiastic about searching new alliances and partners that want to embark on the DisCO journey with us.

I am really passionate about new forms of governance, based on patterns of commoning, convivial tools and rhythms, and of course care. I believe DisCO is a way to shape the future that we want, and need.

Five Questions

Where would you time-travel, if it were possible?
I’d go back to ancient times, Rome or Greece. I love visiting archaeological sites and imagine what it was like to live back then…

What is your favorite smell and why?
The smell of orange blossom, because it feels like home (the streets of my hometown are full of orange trees).

If you had your human body, but the head of an animal, what animal would you pick?
Oh, glad you’re asking! I’ve tried a number of Instagram filters for the purpose of this question, and my favourite one was the Chihuahua head.

Are you a good dancer? How do you know?
I’m not! I just don’t know what to do with all these body parts… I can forget I don’t know in the right company, though.

If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
I would become an amazing dancer!
