Hi! I am Maro, formerly a lawyer but vocationally an apprentice and jack of all trades, yet master of a few. My profile is a multifaceted one, currently being a Junior QA Tester. Throughout my life, I have always tried not to succumb to the rigidity of the system and have followed my own path, working on projects that provide more than just a salary and a false sense of security in exchange for my life. That is why I have had the opportunity to learn and work in various areas, which has given me a global vision of what needs to be changed. But what has always caught me the most is everything related to technology and/or social change. DisCO is the culmination of all that I believe in, and the way of finding a real opportunity to apply it. My role is also to help all those who want to start on this path, transitioning their projects into a DisCO, supporting all those who start on this path, welcome!

If you had your human body, but the head of an animal, what animal would you pick?
A dolphin, it would be very funny to see a dolphin walking down the street
What’s the worst haircut you ever had?
Short hair, without any style or grace, when you are a kid nobody cares if you don’t look good!
Where would you time-travel, if it were possible?
To all ages, but I would stay longer in the time of the Sumerians and earlier. I guess the lack of knowledge and teaching at those remote times would make me understand the keys that explain the world as it is today.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Quantum Physics. One of the most frustrating things in my life has been my poor training in science, which makes it difficult for me to understand the nature of reality in all its depth, especially now that it is known a little better.
If you could have the power of teleportation to anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
Athens … I really love that city. Before the covid crisis I would go there once a year at least, but it will not be possible this year … although if I could teleport myself I would go to many more places, I’ve got so many friends and family to see in so many parts of the world!
